Size: 6.70″ x 16″ RS4 Dunlop Super Comfort bias ply tires are standard.
As tires are an expendable item, 6.50″ x 16″ are acceptable.
For some countries cars may have been imported without tires and locally made tires installed by the importers or dealers. Radial tires were not available during the production of the Mark V .
Either blackwall or 3 inch whitewall tires are acceptable.

Tire Innertube Valve Stem Caps
Tire innertube valves stems should have valve stem caps appropriate to the vintage. Pre-‘60s Jaguars should have metal valve caps.
Tire valve stem caps may be black plastic or chrome.
The metal valve stem cap with the built-in valve stem removal tool, is not correct as there is an Extractor for Tyre Valve tool included in the tool kit.
